What is the purpose of the National Sales Meeting?
The National Sales Meeting is an annual event designed to bring the entire sales team together to align on goals, strategies, and priorities for the upcoming year. It provides an opportunity for team building, training, and collaboration.

Who should attend the National Sales Meeting?
All members of the sales organization should plan to attend, except for Customer Care team members to ensure we can serve our customers during the week. Additionally, ELT members, keynote speakers, and relevant stakeholders from other departments may be invited.

What topics will be covered during the National Sales Meeting?
The agenda will include sessions on sales strategy, product updates, and execution plans to deliver on CG’s revenue commitment. Please note the agenda may be adjusted, and we will continue to update the website if/when changes are needed. Please check the website regularly for the latest agenda.

How can I prepare for the National Sales Meeting?
Review any pre-event materials provided, familiarize yourself with the agenda, and come ready to engage in discussions and workshops. Bring any necessary materials, such as a notebook, pen, and laptop.

Will there be networking opportunities during the National Sales Meeting?
Yes, the National Sales Meeting includes scheduled networking breaks, meals, and social events to facilitate team bonding and collaboration.

Is there a dress code for the National Sales Meeting?
The attire for the meeting is professional business casual. The list below is not all-inclusive, so please use your best discretion. A jacket or sweater is recommended in the air-conditioned space.

  • Golf shorts, dress shorts, jeans that are not ripped or faded

  • Traditional business attire

  • Collared shirts – including polo or golf shirts (required for men)

  • Collared shirts – with Chamberlain or LiftMaster logo

  • Dress shoes, loafers, clean sneakers, or sandals

​

For activities, dress is comfort casual. Some evening events will be held outdoors, and it may be chilly, so pack warm clothes. The Wednesday Awards Celebration is cocktail attire. (A jacket and tie are not required. We request nice button-down shirt/slacks for men and cocktail dresses/dressy pants for women).

Can I bring a guest or family member to the National Sales Meeting?
The National Sales Meeting is typically an internal event for employees only. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to SalesEnablement@Chamberlain.com.

How will health and safety protocols be implemented during the National Sales Meeting?
We are committed to providing a safe environment for all participants. Please stay home if you are ill and notify the Enablement team immediately that you will not be able to join.

What is the process for submitting expenses for this event?

When uploading your receipts and creating your expense reports in Concur, tag all Sales Meeting related expenses with Project Code # 603300.

​

How can I provide feedback after the National Sales Meeting?
A feedback survey will be distributed after the event. Your input is valuable and will help us improve future National Sales Meetings.
